that was a pretty good thunderstorm. it rained like that a few of the years i was at blue lake. my sister and danielle made a fort using blankets and the kitchen table. apparently, it's their tornado shelter. hm.

ah, i love l.l. bean. we got a catalog in the mail and i want to buy like half of it. i'm like, "i could be sitting in that chair in that sweater drinking from that cup having a great time authentically camping too!!" heh. i'm thinking about getting a new backpack because.. well, mine is good and all but it's structured poorly and [as many of you know] sticks out like a motha from my back. i think it's the reason i have hunchback problems, lol. josh is always telling me to stand up straight.


so yesterday i went to mcc to see about scholarship stuff and then i went to get a watch battery at radio shack. i was under the false impression that i worked at 5pm, and it was like 354 when i thought, "i'd better call just to make sure." sure enough, anza's like yeah you work at 4. can you be here in a few minutes? i said yes. apparently, it was call in late to jet's today because a few others were late too. i do, confirmedly [word?] work at five today. they let me off early, at like 830 yesterday so i was able to make it to both keali's party and a movie with krissie, lauren and amy. we saw charlie and the chocolate factory and i thought it was pretty good. johnny depp was good as willy. lol. well, okay shower & stuff time.
